Current Software Versions for Telephone Systems

Telephone systems are just as reliant on their software as PC's. Manufacturers regularly release new software versions, either to deliver bug fixes, improve integrations, or to add new features.

Below is a partial list of the most recent software versions for many of the telephone systems we sell and service.

MItel SX-200 ICP – UR5 supports 53XX-series IP telephones, wireless headsets, and higher count of IP sets.

Mitel SX200 EL – LW19.2 (Software development has been discontinued as product has migrated to SX-200 ICP platform.)

Vodavi XTS – FP4 supports new Edge 700-series of digital and IP telephones and SIP trunks, plus ACD call center improvements.

Vodavi STSe – FP 2.0 supports virtual extensions, and improved day/night/special forwarding.

Allworx 6X/24X – Release 7.0 supports call center supervisor barge-in, enhanced toll restriction, specialized 911 emergency call routing, and handset administration tools.

Partner ACS – Release 7 supports extension forwarding to cell phone and digital trunks hardware.

Partner 1/II/Plus – Discontinued. Migration to Partner ACS supported.
