Setting Time and Date

The first attendant station at Ext. 100 will set system time and date. The following steps need only to be done at this phone.

  1. Dial 692 on the dial pad.

  2. Enter time and date in the following format:
    YYMMDDHHMM
    YY - year (00-99)
    MM - month (01-12)
    DD - day (01-31)
    HH - hour (00-23)
    MM - minute (00-59)

  3. When the correct number of digits are entered, a confirmation tone will be heard.
